Overview

Built for the way your line actually runs.

Sugar dissolving and simple-syrup preparation systems with steam-jacketed vessels, inline Brix measurement, carbon treatment and polishing filtration for CSD and juice plants.

Everything downstream of your syrup room inherits its inconsistency. If simple syrup varies by half a degree Brix batch to batch, so does your finished drink, and no amount of blending control downstream recovers it. This unit dissolves sugar under controlled temperature and agitation, measures Brix inline with a refractometer rather than by hand-sampling, treats the syrup through activated carbon to strip colour and off-notes from raw sugar, and polishes it through a filter train before it reaches the blending tank. Batch and continuous configurations are available depending on your plant size.

Capacity & automation level

Output, degree of automation and whether you need redundancy on critical stations.

Feedwater or raw material

A high-TDS, iron-heavy or seasonal input changes the treatment train and its cost materially.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Batch or continuous sugar dissolving?+

Batch below roughly 3,000 litres/hour — simpler and cheaper. Continuous above that, because batch dissolving becomes the line bottleneck and the vessel changeover time starts eating into production.

Do I need carbon treatment?+

If you use refined sugar of consistent quality, often not. If you buy on price across multiple suppliers, or use unrefined or plantation-white sugar, carbon treatment protects you from colour and off-note variation that would otherwise reach your finished product.
