1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://neelohithmachines.com and all related subdomains, including but not limited to blowingmachines.neelohithmachines.com and mineralwaterplant.neelohithmachines.com (collectively, the "Website"), and any products, services, quotations, or content made available by Neelohith Machines Pvt. Ltd. ("Neelohith Machines", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, requesting a quotation, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website or any related systems;
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Website;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Website;
• Use the Website to transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
• Misrepresent your identity, contact details, or business intent when submitting an enquiry.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All prices, capacity ranges, ROI estimates, and timelines published on the Website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final, binding pricing is provided only via a written quotation issued by an authorised representative of Neelohith Machines Pvt. Ltd., valid for 30 days from the date of issue (unless stated otherwise).

Quotations are based on the information you provide. Material changes in scope (plot size, target capacity, feedwater chemistry, electrical infrastructure, or licensing requirements) may result in revised pricing.

4. Orders, Payment & Delivery

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order and the agreed advance payment.

Standard payment terms are: 40% advance with PO, 50% before dispatch, 10% after commissioning. Alternate schedules are agreed on a per-order basis. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Delivery timelines are estimated from PO confirmation and assume timely customer-side actions (civil readiness, utility readiness, payment milestones). Delays attributable to the customer or to force majeure events (covered in §10) do not constitute a breach by us.

5. Warranty

Standard warranty covers 12 months on mechanical parts and 6 months on electrical components from the date of commissioning, against manufacturing defects only. Extended Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available for 1, 3 and 5-year terms.

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper operation, lack of preventive maintenance, or use beyond rated parameters;
• Wear & tear consumables (RO membranes after rated life, UV lamps, ozone generator electrodes, filling valve seals, gaskets);
• Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations beyond ±10%, water-supply contamination, or third-party modifications;
• Damage caused by force majeure events.

6. Compliance & Certifications

Our turnkey scope includes documentation support for BIS (IS 14543) certification, FSSAI licensing, and CGWB / state pollution board NOCs. While we provide preparatory documentation and audit-readiness coaching, the responsibility for actual licensing lies with the customer. We do not guarantee a specific timeline for license issuance, as this is governed by the regulatory authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, text, images, designs, specifications, schematics, logos, brand marks, and trade dress - is the property of Neelohith Machines Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Neelohith Machines Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or any of our products and services.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neelohith Machines Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Website, or your operation of products supplied by us in violation of applicable laws.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, port closures, transport disruption, electrical outages, or shortage of critical raw materials.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
