Shrink Sleeve Labelling

Shrink Sleeve Labelling applies a printed plastic sleeve over the bottle, then shrinks it (via steam or IR tunnel) to conform tightly to the bottle's contours. Used for premium full-body branding and tamper-evident neck banding. Substrates: - **PVC**, most-common, requires steam tunnel - **PET-G**, recyclable, requires steam or IR - **OPS** (Oriented Polystyrene), premium, IR shrink, easy to recycle Advantages over BOPP: - Full-body 360° print area - Fits non-cylindrical bottles - Tamper-evident neck band integrated - Premium shelf appearance Disadvantages: 25-40% higher per-bottle cost than BOPP, and sleeve printing turnaround is longer. Most-installed for: premium water brands, juice with full-body artwork, CSD limited editions, and any tamper-evident application (mineral water + jar lines).
