Built for the way your line actually runs.
A hollow-fibre ultrafiltration system with 0.01–0.05 micron membranes, automatic backwash and CEB, used where turbidity and microbiology need removal but TDS must be retained.
Ultrafiltration is the right technology in two situations RO cannot serve. First, natural mineral water under IS 13428, where demineralisation is not permitted and you need microbiological safety without touching the mineral profile. Second, as RO pre-treatment on surface or high-turbidity feedwater, where UF protects the RO membranes and dramatically extends their life. The system uses hollow-fibre modules with automatic backwash, chemically enhanced backwash and integrity testing, so membrane fibre breaks are detected rather than silently passing unfiltered water.

Common questions.
UF or RO for my plant?+
RO if you need TDS reduction — high-TDS borewell water, packaged drinking water under IS 14543. UF if TDS is already acceptable and you only need microbiological and turbidity removal, or if you are bottling natural mineral water where demineralisation is not allowed.
Does UF replace UV and ozone?+
No. UF is an excellent physical barrier but it is not a disinfectant, and downstream recontamination is still possible. UV and ozone stay in the train as the final microbiological safeguard.
