Built for the way your line actually runs.
Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants from 250 LPH to 50,000 LPH capacity. Twin-pass and triple-pass options for TDS up to 3500 ppm. Standard SS-304 frame, brackish-water Toray / Hydranautics membranes.
Each RO plant ships with a high-pressure pump (Grundfos / CRI), pre-treatment housings (cartridge / multi-stage), automatic flush sequence, online TDS & conductivity monitoring, and PLC + HMI control. Optional EDI polishing for ultra-pure output.

Common questions.
Single-pass or twin-pass RO, which do I need?+
Single-pass for TDS under 1200 ppm. Twin-pass for 1200-2500 ppm. Triple-pass or RO+EDI for above 2500 ppm or where consistent < 50 ppm output is required.
Industry terms used here.
A polymer bead bed that exchanges hardness ions (Ca, Mg) with sodium ions, reducing water hardness as pre-treatment before RO or boilers.
A flow-rate metric used for water treatment equipment sizing, particularly UV sterilisers, ozonators, and pumps.
The percentage of feed water that becomes permeate (purified water), the rest goes to RO reject. Typical Indian plants run 65–85% recovery.
