Built for the way your line actually runs.
A remineralisation skid using calcite contactors and precision dosing to restore calcium, magnesium and alkalinity to RO permeate, with inline TDS and pH control.
RO permeate typically leaves the membrane at 5–25 ppm TDS with a pH near 6.0. That water is safe, but it tastes flat, it is mildly aggressive toward metal fittings, and it fails the taste comparison against branded competitors on a shop shelf. Remineralisation adds back a controlled calcium-magnesium profile and lifts alkalinity, which restores mouthfeel and stabilises pH. The skid combines a calcite contactor for bulk hardness with a precision dosing loop for fine trim, both under closed-loop control from inline TDS and pH transmitters, so your product profile stays constant as membrane performance drifts over its life.

Common questions.
Is remineralisation required by BIS?+
BIS IS 14543 sets minimum and maximum limits for several parameters rather than mandating a specific dosing system. In practice most plants remineralise, both to stay comfortably inside those limits and because unremineralised RO water loses blind taste tests.
Can I just add mineral tablets to the tank?+
Manual dosing into a tank gives you a concentration that varies with tank level and drift in membrane performance. Inline closed-loop dosing holds the profile constant, which matters when your label carries a declared mineral content.
