A rotary spout-pouch filling and capping machine for pre-made stand-up pouches, handling juice, smoothies, purée and dairy beverages from 80ml to 500ml.
Spout pouches have taken the kids juice and on-the-go beverage segment because they are light, unbreakable, resealable and hold shelf presence at a low pack cost. The machine handles pre-made pouches — denesting, opening with vacuum cups, filling through the spout, then torquing on the cap. For pulpy products a piston filler replaces the gravity head. Nitrogen flushing before capping is available where oxygen sensitivity matters, which it does for most fruit purées.

Pre-made pouches or form-fill-seal?+
Pre-made pouches for spouted formats — the spout welding and pouch quality control are better handled by a specialist pouch supplier. Form-fill-seal makes sense for simple flat sachets without a spout.
Is hot-fill possible into spout pouches?+
Yes with pouches rated for the temperature, though most brands prefer aseptic or preservative-based ambient stability, because hot-fill can distort the pouch and affect its stand-up geometry.
