Built for the way your line actually runs.
A complete QC laboratory package with physico-chemical and microbiological testing equipment, glassware, reagents and record formats, meeting BIS IS 14543 and FSSAI requirements.
Every BIS-certified packaged drinking water plant must maintain an in-house laboratory capable of the daily tests the standard specifies, staffed by a qualified chemist and backed by written records. This is a genuine and frequent cause of delayed or refused certification — plants buy excellent machinery and then discover the lab is inadequate weeks before inspection. We supply the lab as a defined package matched to the product you are making: physico-chemical bench for pH, TDS, turbidity, hardness, alkalinity, chloride and residual ozone; microbiological section with incubator, autoclave, laminar flow and membrane filtration; plus the glassware, reagents, and the record and SOP formats your inspector will ask to see.

A high-TDS, iron-heavy or seasonal input changes the treatment train and its cost materially.

Common questions.
Can I outsource testing instead of building a lab?+
Not for the daily tests. BIS requires in-house capability for the routine daily parameters and a qualified chemist on the premises. Heavy metals and some periodic tests can be outsourced to an NABL lab, and we set up that schedule with you.
What qualification does the chemist need?+
BIS expects a chemistry or microbiology graduate with relevant experience. This is a common gap at inspection time — we flag it during project planning so recruitment starts early rather than at the last minute.
