Overview

Built for the way your line actually runs.

IBR and non-IBR packaged steam boilers fired on oil, gas, biomass or electricity, with feedwater treatment, distribution headers and condensate recovery.

Any plant with pasteurisation, a syrup room, CIP or bottle washing needs steam, and the boiler is usually the utility most under-specified at design stage. We size against the simultaneous peak demand rather than the sum of connected loads, which is usually the difference between a boiler that runs comfortably and one that short-cycles. Non-IBR units below the regulatory pressure-volume threshold avoid IBR compliance and its annual inspection burden, which suits most small and mid-size beverage plants. Feedwater treatment matters more than most operators expect — untreated feedwater scales tubes and quietly destroys efficiency over a season.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

IBR or non-IBR boiler?+

Non-IBR if you can stay below the regulatory pressure-volume threshold — it avoids IBR registration, annual inspection and the requirement for a certified boiler attendant. Above roughly 1,000 kg/h most plants end up in IBR territory.

How much steam does a juice plant need?+

It depends on the pasteuriser, CIP and syrup room running simultaneously. A 5,000 LPH juice line typically lands between 600 and 1,200 kg/h. We calculate the simultaneous peak rather than adding connected loads, which usually avoids a size class of over-specification.
