Common questions.
Is CIP automation required at 120 BPM?+
Yes. At 120 BPM, manual CIP becomes a bottleneck and a cross-contamination risk. Our 120 BPM line ships with a 4-tank CIP skid (caustic, acid, hot water, sanitizer) with recipe-based PLC sequencing.
