A turnkey cold-pressed juice plant with hydraulic pressing, no thermal pasteurisation, and high-pressure processing (HPP) for a 30–45 day refrigerated shelf life without preservatives.

Cold-pressed juice is the premium end of the Indian juice market — sold chilled, at three to five times the price of ambient RTS, on a claim of no heat and no preservatives. Delivering that claim safely requires HPP: the sealed bottle is subjected to roughly 6,000 bar of cold hydrostatic pressure, which inactivates vegetative pathogens without a thermal step. The plant pairs a masticating or hydraulic press with a fully cold, tightly-controlled filling room and an HPP vessel. Everything downstream is cold-chain, so we scope the chillers, cold room and dispatch logistics alongside the machinery — this is the part first-time cold-press operators most often under-plan.

Can I sell cold-pressed juice without HPP?+

Only as a fresh, same-day, locally distributed product. Without HPP or a thermal step you have no validated pathogen control, which limits you to a 2–3 day shelf life and effectively rules out retail listing.

What kills most cold-pressed juice businesses?+

Cold chain, not machinery. The product is fine leaving the plant and fails in transit or at the retailer's shelf. We scope chillers, insulated dispatch and temperature logging as part of the plant, because the juice is only as good as its worst hour in the supply chain.
