Built for the way your line actually runs.
A turnkey plant for Ayurvedic and wellness juices — amla, aloe vera, karela, jamun, wheatgrass and noni — with gentle extraction, filtration, preservative dosing and bottle or pouch filling.
The Ayurvedic juice segment behaves nothing like fruit juice. Volumes per SKU are smaller, batch sizes vary widely, actives are heat-sensitive, and the product is often sold on a standardised marker compound rather than on Brix. This plant is therefore built for flexibility instead of throughput: a common extraction and filtration train feeds a batch blending suite, with a low-temperature pasteuriser that protects actives, and a filling block that handles 500ml and 1L bottles as well as single-serve pouches. Aloe vera adds its own requirement — a filleting and de-bittering stage to remove aloin from the leaf rind before the gel enters the process.

Common questions.
Why does aloe vera juice need a de-bittering stage?+
Aloin, concentrated in the leaf rind, is bitter and is regulated as a laxative compound. Filleting separates the inner gel from the rind, and a de-bittering step removes residual aloin so the product meets both taste and regulatory expectations.
Can one line handle several wellness juices?+
Yes — that is the normal configuration. The extraction front-end changes by raw material, but the blending, pasteurisation and filling blocks are shared. We plan the changeover and CIP sequence so cross-contamination between strongly flavoured products is controlled.
