Built for the way your line actually runs.
A turnkey plant for carbonated fruit beverages with a juice or pulp dosing loop, deaeration, carbonation and isobaric filling, meeting FSSAI carbonated-fruit-beverage juice-content requirements.
Carbonated fruit beverages occupy a regulated middle ground in India — FSSAI defines minimum fruit content thresholds that separate a "carbonated fruit beverage" from a plain flavoured carbonate, and the GST treatment differs accordingly. Getting that content into a carbonated product is not trivial: juice and pulp carry oxygen and particulate, both of which fight carbonation and cause fobbing at the filler. This line handles it with a dedicated juice dosing loop upstream of a two-stage vacuum deaerator, a pulp-tolerant carbo-cooler, and a filling valve profile tuned for a product that foams more readily than cola. It is the configuration behind most apple-fizz and mixed-fruit sparkling brands in India.

Common questions.
Why does my fruit carbonate foam at the filler?+
Juice and pulp introduce dissolved oxygen and nucleation sites, both of which drive fobbing. The fix is two-stage deaeration before carbonation plus a slower valve-opening profile — retrofitting deaeration alone usually solves most of it.
Does fruit content change my GST rate?+
Carbonated fruit beverages and plain carbonated drinks are treated differently under Indian indirect tax, and the thresholds have been revised more than once. We build the line so juice ratio is a controlled, auditable process parameter — confirm the current rate with your tax advisor.
